A lot of people would reraise allin with the flush draw, and a lot of people wouldn't reraise allin with trips.

Villain could have a lot of hands: a flush draw, a pp, a queen, AK/AJ/AT, or he could just think hero missed and is planning on taking the pot on the turn.
