Cool; thanks very much for the reply. Maybe I'll just do the day trip, then...I'll call and see if there's anything I can do.

Btw, I do have comp cards at all 3 that I go typically go to (borgata, taj and harrah's), so I know about the $1/hr thing; I was wondering more along the lines of other kinds of special promotions. Thanks for the help, anyway, though.

Anyone know of anywhere else where a room might be possible? I'm thinking the Trop, maybe?
