Need OIC/Gaming Club Info Please.

I've been reading the OIC posts and would like to get in on this, it sounds like fun. I dont have a gaming club account, and I checked out the site but didnt see anything on their w/ info, and what is the "profile" that Jasonholdem was talking about. Basically I need to know what to do to sign up for this thing? Also Cup if you want me to use u as a referal I need to know what to do for that to. Thanks, sorry if I sound like a retard.
