Default Analysis requested...

The scenario:

UB PL Omaha tournament. Top 10 places pay out. I'm in eighth place w/ 12 players remaining (About 9000 chips). 6 players at the table: one short stack, 4 medium stacks (Myself included) & 1 giant stack (40000 chips). On the button I'm dealt A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and 2 blanks. The short stack makes the minimum raise, giant stack calls, I call, everyone else folds. I flop the nut flush. Small stack bets the minimum on the flop, giant stack bets the pot. I should state that the giant stack has been using his position well, bullying the other players at the table (As he should). Still, most of the pots he has been in are heads up and I figure he is less likely to bluff in this situation. I ponder this a moment and raise all in, cognizant of the fact he likely has trips. The small stack folds, giant stack calls. The board pairs on the river and I finish in 12th place. Did I make the right call? During the rebuy period or once safely in the money I would do this again in an instant. But did I make a mistake by going all in so close to the cutoff? If my hand would have held up, I vault to the top 3 and have an excellent chance at winning the tournament. With the payout structure so heavily skewed to the top finishers, I believe I made the right decision. Still, it's hard to watch 2 hours of work go down the drain totally unrewarded. Any comments appreciated.

Default Bump. (n/m)

Just bringing this to the top for you - Cyndie must have missed it first time round.

Your own post would be an excellent analysis of this hand.

Have sent a PM about a slightly finer point in the play.
