Without a read I would

1. Lead the turn and call down in the face of aggression.

2. Call down if he turn raises.

It is likely that the initial reraise was just meant to push out the button and define his hand. Further aggression means he has a hand, but you can't go folding aces when one opponent is being aggressive on an innocuous board. A read as normally passive may change your line, but I would do the above as default.
