Default Home Tournament. ridiculous structure

I am playing in a 100 person tourney tomorrow at noon. We start with 5k in tourney chips and the blinds are 25/50 increasing every 45 minutes. Im thinking about signing up, leaving and coming back when the blinds are reasonable. These people think they can complete this in one day but Im skeptical. What do you think?

good structure as long as the blinds dont double and they use antes, play it. i think it might take long but will finish in a day

The blinds do double but no antes until blinds are 600/1200 and the antes will be 100 and go up to 200/300 after a few blind increases.

I would cry tears of joy if I could get people to have a structure like this, rather than starting 25bb deep.

That's hugely +EV if you can play deep stacked. 100 BBs isn't at all ridiculous.

I am mostly a SNG player and Im definitely comfortable playing short stacked. Any tips on how to play this? Im not sure my usual 4xBB raises are going to be appropriate.
