After they informed me they were letting my 151 points expire, I fired off the following email:
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS, I DEMAND RESTITUTION IN THE FORM OF 1/3 OF A BEANIE Within a few hours, my points were restored. That's how you play hardball, boys.

I got the same/a similar e-mail the other day - my 780 some points got cancelled...
I could have gotten a visor cap with them! I don't know if it's worth complaining for this little points, but I think it also said that if you do start playing again your account will also NOT accumulate pointsin the future? I also have e-mailed party about a few bonuses that I never got (twice) and they never replied... As a side-note/complaint, I recently made my first couple of cash outs from Absolute and they rounded both down to the dollar... I cahed out 298.65, and they only sent 298.00 to me...do they always round down and steal your money in this manner???
