Closed pp account, opened new one - can\'t use same email
So I closed my old pp account about half a week ago. And today, I opened another one under a different email address. After I log in, I can't change the email back to my old one (the one that matches my Neteller email). It gives me this error: "The mail-id that you want to use is already used by another account. Our Cardroom does not allow same mail-id used by multiple accounts." Am I correct that your pp email has to match your Neteller email in order to deposit? Even though I closed my old account, they still keep track of my old email address? If so, how do I get around this?

your party account email doesnt have to match your neteller email.
if you have neteller issues with your new account, it wont be for the reason that the emails dont match. and yes, they keep track of "old account" emails in perpetuity. this is for "security" purposes. |

Why is there a flurry of posts about closing and reopening a Party account? If an affiliate would care to PM me and explain the advantage of doing so, I'd appreciate it.

I have never had a party account and have been putting off opening one until the dust cleared a bit. I am kind of out of the loop as to what you guys are talking about. I am open to affiliate pm's helping me understand what is going on.

Change your email on the neteller end to match your party email.

Did you consider changing the email on the "old account" before closing it [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

How do you go about closing your account? Aside from the email issue, does that mean you can open a new one afterwards and won't be hassled?
