I am a NL player and have tried a number of times to test the waters in Limit. Each time I get burned (or should that be scalded?).
Anyway, UB have brought in this Royal Hold'em game and I am doing well at the lower limit though my sample size is small. Can I take this as any indication of ability at Limit? |

Read it but skipped the Limit section (cos I was only playing NL).
Time to get it back down from the shelf. |

If you skipped the 'limit section' in Small Stakes Hold 'Em then you skipped the whole book. And for your original question, I don't think Royal Hold 'Em is a great test for gauging limit skills. It's a different game that's more about nut peddling than the routine pushing of marginal edges that comes up in regular LHE. |

Only 10-A of each suit, so a 20 card deck instead of a 52 card.
Weird game. |
