Around the waist they are, but not elsewhere. itchiness on left shoulder, right forearm, right hand, left ankle, right behind the knee also.

Supposing I were to just keep drinking water and taking OTC medication.

Assuming this is just a flu or something small, would this eventually go away, albeit slower and more painfully than with prescription?

Again, assuming it is a minor illness, what are the repercussions? Will it come back again in a month as pneumonia or something?

I am going to the doctor Wednesday
