Villian is 48/5 aggro 1.5 over ONLY 50 hands

Raise the flop. You have a flush draw + a gutshot + you may clean up some of your T or 8 outs.

In other words, you've got more than enough outs to have an equity edge over the other two players already committed to the flop. If anyone else cold-calls behind you, that's gravy - and I suspect you'll have at least one more cold-caller.

Another advantage to raising the flop is a free card on the turn, if needed.

Raise the flop, take the turn free card UI if given the chance, call this river.
