Default A couple fuuny articles by Jim Caple(ESPN)

I know sports in here is frowned upon but here are a couple of articles on ESPN about an alternate universe where the Cubs and Red Sox would play the world series.

Here is one part where he takes a dig at Fox sports

"Sosa robbed David Ortiz of what would have been a two-out, ninth inning, game-winning grand slam when he leaped into the Chicago bullpen and was somehow able to hold onto the ball even after Fenway Park groundskeeper Paul Williams kicked him repeatedly, hit him over the head with a shovel and attached electrodes to his genitals.

Unfortunately, Fox missed the historic play because its cameras were instead focused on the new "Joe Millionaire," who was sitting in the stands."

I know how this one is going to end. In game 7 with Pedro again on the mound he hits Sammy. In the ensuing riot everyone is ejected and the series ends without a winner due to double forfeit.

Caple is an awesome writer. His article where he took Top Gun lines and applied them to football was one of the funniest things I have ever read.
