question about using pics on stars/absolute, etc

can u get sued for using someone else's pic?? or like a name brand or something

I wouldnt worry about beind sued. And if there was a legal issue i would guess that these sites wouldnt allow the picture up if it illegally infringed upon a trademark. that is why they screen them.

If you put a picture up some girl and she finds out, there isnt much she can do either. Its not like she would have suffered serious damage, but its still not a good idea to use someones image without their consent.
