If your pants are flat-front i.e. no pleats, then tucked-in no-belt is fine and is actually stylish and cool.
If you're rocking the pleats, untuck - and then throw the pants away and buy some flat-fronts after work. |

Results:
I start work at about 3:30pm and work until 12 or 1am. I kept it tucked in until about 6pm, when most of the bigwigs are out of the office. I'm now untucked and sloppy for the rest of the night. There's really no dress code per se. But I'm middle management, so I need to look decent I think. |
