2/4 6max. - flopped pair + FD - turn adds 2nd pair
This is my 4th orbit, no special reads on Button. He seems tight (VPIP 15 - but just 20ish hands).
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter CO ($67.10) Button ($686.58) SB ($675.50) BB ($367) Hero ($426) MP ($654) Preflop: Hero is UTG with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. My plan was to CR all-in, hoping to leave me more fold equity compared to leading out and pushing if raised. Should I 3-bet the turn? His weird minraise after checking the flop scared the hell out of me. Obviously I was afraid of KK/AQ. (With AQ being unlikely regarding the PF-action of a tight player) Thougts on all streets appreciated. |

I think villain has QQ, but that's too tough a board facing a tight player that has reraised you. Looks good.

Re: 2/4 6max. - flopped pair + FD - turn adds 2nd pair
I'd probably bet/reraise push the flop, but given that you checked and then bet the turn, I don't think I could resist pushing over top of his minraise before my tons of live outs whiff on the river.
