I think the most important thing about moving up in levels is making sure you are ready to play at that moment when you try playing up. If you dont feel good, play your normal 3-6. If you are feeling un-lucky, play your normal 3-6. Only play higher when you are feeling & playing your best.

In general, 5-10 is tougher so make sure you scout well. I took a 100bb dib in my first week at 5-10 and I played through it, so be prepared for the possibility of being back at 3-6 minus your 100bb. Enjoy!
