Ok. Way too many hands for me to sift through all of them. Your went to showdown is too low. 28% is umm low.

The hands you posted are all strong hands(preflop) that involve pretty simple post flop decisions. This may not be the case for you though so I can understand posting these.

Hand 1: Good 3 bet preflop. Sadly I am pretty sure you are way behind on the river, but you have to call.

Hand 2: I peel on the flop

Hand 3: What is he capping preflop? If you have reason to believe he is capping light, I call down, otherwise fold the turn.

Hand 4: Raise the god damned turn. Bet the river, call a raise, fold if you have to overcall?(Im not as sure about this river line, I am more likely to call down, but I am not sure that is right either)

Hand 5: Check the turn, bet/raise the river if you improve fold unimproved.

Hand 6: I play it the same

Hand 7: This may not be right, but I call down. With aggression that high he could hold lots of things you beat, and it is a pretty big pot

Hand 8: Raise the turn then call down.

Hand 9: I call down

By how many points should i aim to increase?

You mentioned that these hands involve pretty simple postflop decisions, which is probably the case. I do have a few questions though. Why are you peeling in hand 2? Do you mean c/r in both hands 4/8? In hand 7 what are you expecting to beat considering the action?

I wouldn't look to increase it by points, I would look for spots where you are folding middle and bottom pair on non threatening boards and stuff like that.

Yes in hands 4/8 checkraise. The cutoff has an agression of 7. He could be overplaying any pair or ace here a ton. So I call it down.
