Call or raise this monster?

I have two responses and I cant decide which one is best. If I were faced with this situation at a table I would raise.

Why you should raise:
If there is a diamond draw out there, by calling you give him good odds to call (you give him money). By raising you are cutting down his odds ALOT (you give him less money), even though he still might call correctly, it doesnt matter because you are still a favorite to win this pot, make him pay.

Why you should call:
You are a big favorite to win this hand and if you raise you will knock everybody out except those who have a flushdraw and the people who have no brain. And what are the chances someone has a flushdraw? Not very big... So will you get more value by not protecting your hand? Tough question and Im to tired to figure it out now. So ill leave it to you.
