just got a new 9300, and all my tables have a window that extends around them with empty black space....any way to fix this?

I think you need to change the DPI setting.
Right click on a blank part of your desktop, go to properties, settings, then advanced. Problem should clear up if you select 96 dpi. |

Just got mine today too and noticed this problem...not at home now...supposed to be studying for two finals tomorrow but thanks for the suggestion!

Yes, I believe it's even possible to use two, as it has DVI and VGA connectors

Perfect! I had this problem too. Seems strange that Dell did not set it at 96dpi as default. [/ QUOTE ] Dell generally sets it at 120 instead of 96 on their WUXGA screens. A lot of people would complain that it was too hard to read otherwise. Freakin |
