Default AQ UI against a LAG

didn't really know where to post this.

limit sit'n go

Villian is a not a good player. He plays every single hand, and makes hopeless calls in multway pots (sees the turn most of the time). He semibluffs every chance he gets (will never take a free card on the turm in position) and will bluff the river when he misses. About 5 minutes ago he was down to his last 200 chips, bet out a AA6 flop with QT into a big field, spikes a queen on the turn, and won the pot. Since then he has been stealing pots like crazy post flop and the rest of the table has let him run over them. He now has around 2500chips.

down to 6, blinds are 75/150. I have 8900 chips. I raise UTG A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Villian in BB calls.

Flop: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villan bets, I raise, he calls.

Turn:7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

He bets, I fold.

I raised the flop because I thought I was likely ahead and I didn't want him to bluff the turn because I could not call. I hoped he would check/fold the turn without a pair, and if he called I could hopefully take a free showdown. Spewing?

I would probably call down, versus this opponent. There's a lot of semibluff potential on this board, and you could be ahead. If you're not ahead, you'll often have a decent number of outs with your overcards + gutshot.

If he happens to have 65, well, then that sucks. But I think I want to see a showdown.

Anyway, since I want to see a showdown, I'm not sure I would raise the flop.
