Depends on SB and Button. There's nothing wrong with folding here though.

A fold here is fine; in addition to reads on the Button and SB don't forget about the oppressive rake.

not sure if this was a choice in the poll, but I reraise, then I flop quad 6's, only to lose to the button who picks up runner runner quad Kings, hopefully picking up some sort of bad-beat jackpot.

then i go on vacation confident that my reraise was the right move.

later that month I add the guy to my buddy list. I write a note on him--> "likes to raise w/pocket K's, not afraid of potential flopped quads, and good at catching runner runner quads"

now i have a read on him and i conduct the poll again to compare/contrast with previous poll results.

Calling depends strongly on SB IMO.

the reason I gave no reads was because this was my first hand at the table and seemed extremely marginal. I folded mainly because I don't know how to play this hand sandwiched between a pf aggressor and someone who's already stood up to him.

May I ask why you think folding is good here? It seems if SB is bad enough to just call I'd want to be in this hand. How high would your kicker have to be here to call/raise?
