Yeah, I don't see how you can't raise that river. Unless you can read minds/cards to see that you are beat which is practically never.

I think the bet on the flop is the smart play. I'd be hoping lots that MP1 raises the rest of the field out.

Your 9 outs are definitely dirty. The 8:diamonds: is dirty.
You make your str8 and Q9, AQ beat you.
13:1 I don't know is enough.
(I had a hand very similar just the other day)

bottom line: Turn call is borderline, probably -EV, as you can't go to war when you make your hand.
