Business Value / Selling % a good move or not?

Hey,

Thanks for all of your input on my situation. I've decided that the amount of risk is really remarkably small for this company to not continue to make the profits that it currently is. Also the company has some side ventures which could drastically increase the revenue.

The difference between 7% and 8% isn't all that much, but I think since I can afford to do without the $10,500, i should do so. If I needed the 10,500 for a downpayment on a house, it would be a different story.
