Your stats look like a lag running well who doesn't value bet the river enough, GL GL GL

27/18 is defintly not lag material. I think Im 28/19 or something like that 6 handed.

it just looks like he's not value betting the river but i think the low river AF is because he is calling down too much with big aces like the man said

Hey mtdoak,

Your winrate after such few hands is virtually meaningless, though I can understand the frustration that comes with watching it drop over 1BB in such a short time. That type of change shows just how unimportant it really is, though.

We're working towards keeping the forum more content-oriented... I couldn't get the link to work but a graph of your WR doesn't do much for the forum. If you'd like critque on your stats perhaps include some questions about your play, so we can get some content in here too - it's difficult to make more than a few generalizations about a person's play given his base stats over 10k hands.

Your followups about calling down too much UI with big Aces, etc, are good.

my thoughts:
You seem to be running well, which is good - i'd be concerned about which hands you are taking to showdown, though, since that # is very high.

When the pot gets heads-up you should be calling down with more hands than usual. Keep in mind that 3rd pair wins more showdowns than A-hi, so you may be able to tighten up your A-hi calldowns to the point where the board texture is favorable (IE he could be on a straight or flush draw and you will be able to save yourself a bet if either hit), but keep going to showdown with medium-strength made hands, mainly when the pot is HU.

Also, what separates a good player from a great player is being able to recognize when TPTK is no good, and when bottom pair is good...so perhaps emphasizing(in your own mind) your opponents hand ranges to make some more informed laydowns/calldowns would help as well. I don't know what you do at the table, nor what hands you are calling down, so you may be doing this already - just an idea.

Good luck,

Surf

Righto mate, it's like convincing yourself when raising 9Ts UTG is right and when it's not, you can do a really job of pretending it's working for a long time.

Are you trying to imply that showing down bottom pair at "when you think it's right" is like raising T9s, ie, never correct?

I think you oughta sober up before you post any more.

You might want to just save this and copy/paste it into every graph thread, right before you lock it.
