i'm sure others got this email - anybody have a issue getting the credit? i played the 400 raked and another 50 raked hands to clear both the $30 weekend and $90 reload. so far credits for both have posted but no sign of the $20 for 1 hand ??
in the past this has been automatic - just wondering if anyone else experienced this? ps - save the glib "contact support" replies |

For whatever reason, you wont see the 20 until a weekday. They dont credit it on weekends

The $20 should post automatically (any day of the week) and appear as an RLM credit on your monthly statement.
If you got the email (it is account specific) and don't see the $20 RLM credit on your monthly account statement, then you should call support. |

I received email; played; and received no credit. I've also contacted customer support to no avail.

Just email customer support. They'll probably tell you to contact the casino manager, Ryan, or they'll credit it themselves. Apparently they don't credit accounts on the weekend. Mine was credited this morning.
