Default Proper Affiliate business Plan

So I've been thinking about getting into this. I just quit my job as a tournament director at a local casino and have a little free time on my hands before I start my next job at a different casino (waiting on room to open). Anyways I know alot of local players and figure I could make some extra money doing this. I've also been working on a website about poker in the state with messageboard etc. I figure this might be a proper place to put banners etc. but i also have to drive traffic to the site. One of my ideas was to let players pay me directly to fund their accounts via instatransfer. Basicly I run this EXACTLY like a business. I approach the players, have a laptop with air card, set their accounts up and they pay me cash and I can instafund their account threw my account wich eliminates the "I don't like to give out my credit card info" excuse that many players use when it comes to playing online. I think I have some of the right ideas but am open to more. Anyone care to take me under their wing on this? I have a little money to spend on this if it could become profitable.

I would be worried about taking cash directly from them and putting it into their account for legal reasons. There was a thread about a week ago about someone who did this for a casino site and was arrested.

edit: good luck for whatever you do

that's what I'm asking. I don't want to do this without some type of plan. I have webspace etc. just don't know the proper way to market it.

Additionally, it is against the affiliate T&C... relevant, you may not:

I wouldn't have even asked but read this directly off party pokers site affiliate page.

a. QuickCash: As a player at PartyPoker.com, you can transfer funds to their Account and take cash for them in exchange, ensuring that they get credit immediately and can start playing from day one!

funding accounts via insta transfer poses a bunch of issues. many of the sites have limits to prevent money laundering. funding accounts poses issues with US government. I am not sure where you are located, but i have spent the better portion of this past year with various lawyers and accountants dealing with these issues. if you check out our site www.affiliateEV.com we can help you get established with the online rooms, we have several years of experience running a full service sucessful affilaite program. we have people with great marketing ideas, advertising space on the web, some excellent tech/coders, experience with tax and legal issues. AEV takes the initial time required to establish relationships with the pokersites, time to figure the ins and outs of this business out of the picture, and lets you get to signing up players and generating revenues.

pm me or check out our site.

Basicly I see the ultimate way for me to do this considering we have 86 local casino's with poker is going to the casino's and signing them up right there. If I can't do that LEGALLY the it probably isn't worth my effort. Theirs enough guys online doing this to go around and I seriously doubt most of them are doing that well off of it.

I dont think casinos will take kindly to you spamming online poker to their customers as it would result in less time gambling at their establishment. Thoughts?

I run a website that will soon be covering all their events giving them free advertisement. My presence is welcome. I also thought about just driving customers to my website that covers local poker from the casinos. Then letting the website do the work. I have forums up allready and thought maybe one of the sites I affiliate with might give me a members only tournament to help promote and get people to sign up. Just another idea i'm throwing out.
