In the absence of reads, calling down is fine here. With a better read on the SB, you can probably fold the turn UI. Play cautiously even if you improve (i.e. you probably don't want to cap the turn if you improve).

Do we have a read on SB?
If SB is tight, we can probably find a fold on the turn here. Would he three-bet the flop with QQ? If not, it looks like you're up against AK, AA, or KK here the vast majority of the time. Usually players three-betting range from the SB against legit open-raisers tends to be pretty narrow. The flop three-bet probably tells you all you need to know. You are probably also giving reverse implied odds to flush draws even when ahead. Against a moderately aggro or higher player I think calling down as did is fine. |
