Default PP 5-10 Full, KQo on button facing PF raise

Hero is on the button with K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. CO raises, Hero three-bets, blinds fold, CO calls.

Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

CO checks, Hero bets, CO calls

Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

CO checks, Hero bets, CO calls.

River: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

CO bets, Hero raises.

Standard? And if CO three-bets?
