Default bad fold?

How do I avoid this? I guess maybe I should have reraised his flop mini reraise?

I think that as played you have to call this. The all-in raise just isnt that big in a pot this size.

I would have checked the turn, and checked the river - most of the money I lose is on overplaying TPTK hands like this one.

Seriously, I have no idea what you were trying to accomplish with your turn and river bets. A cheap showdown maybe? This was probably a good fold, but it is hard to tell because of the line you took. If you think you have the best hand, your bets should reflect that, in one way or another. Your river bet is inviting him to take the pot away, which would be a better play with top set than TPTK.
