Fold/Call or Raise this Semi-Lag

Villian is a LAG but not a maniac lets call him a tricky, mini-lag. He will slow down when played back at. PF and Flop are his action streets he needs something to continue aggression on the big streets. I've been preety much picking him apart all session. I also might have folded 1 or 2 best A or K high hands in small pots that just weren't worth it IMO.

Villian is equally likely to have a very weak K,FD,sm. PP, or complete bluff here.

I'm happy with my turn play(I think?). It's the flop I was unsure about afterwards. I was thinking maybe I should have 3-bet him. Not to out-lag him but charge him for his draw and get my free card (which I would get unless he has K9/K8). I also don't have the tough turn decision when he bets out on a brick. If he caps it's an easy fold as he would only do it W/2 pair(no set here because he would have raised PF with those holdings).

I folded the turn because even though it is less likely he holds a K the flush option hit and I can no longer push him off a mini-pair.
