"Lock of the Week" In NFL

So I'm pretty hot picking NFL this year. I pick one "Lock of the Week" each week in the NFL and I'm on an amazing 5-1 clip right now. This week has what should be some great games(Cincy/Pitt, NYG/Denver, and a few other 1 point spreads), but probably not good games to bet on. I finally settled on Seattle -3 playing at home againast the banged up Cowboys(Will Jones play?). Seattle is nearly bulletproof at home. Thoughts?

Note: My book is offering lowly -125 on Seattle -3, with Cowboys+3 geting +105.

Except they were 5-3 at home SU last year (probably 4-4 or worse ATS). But hey if you could consider 3-0 ATS at home "nearly bulletproof" (incl. a 1.5 pt cover against the Falcons) by all means lay large.

And to add to CCx' point, even good pickers (not that 5-1 qualifies but that's beside the point) regress to the mean eventually so it may be time to fade you. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Seattle -3 has a lot of value, there are some well respected sports bettors on other forums who are on this as well. Play it before it's gone.

Agreed, Seattle should cover this about 60% of the time, so it's a great play but nothing is a lock.
