Re: All in raise by loose player
How are the stacks this low for 5-10NL? I'd call here you have redraws and you make it seem as if your opponent knows that his weak kicker is now good. If you had a deeper stack you would be better of tossing this as your probably going to split at best. I just cant imagine folding here being good as you already commited half of your stack.....

Re: All in raise by loose player
The buy in is $400 and is a must move table, so we both had around $400 to start. Thanks for the comments. I have found the play to be a little looser at must move tables as players are trying to build stacks to take to the main game.
In this hand I thought he might have the Qd for the nut flush draw. I couldn't see him calling the flop with bottom pair and making trips on the turn. I kept thinking my hand was pretty obvious the way I led out with the A on the flop and then again bet out on the turn. If he had an Ace he was probably looking at a split so with a scary board an all in raise would have been a good play. As it turned out he had 3d 4d and flopped the flush. He actually gave me a free roll on the flop to outdraw him with my Jd. Giving the free card actually made me pay him off because I would have easily laid down to a raise on the flop. It was an interesting hand and he made a small flush pay off nicely. |

Re: All in raise by loose player
Why 35 on the flop - I bet pot there, or don't bet at all.

Re: All in raise by loose player
fold now, it's rare for someone to make a response like that on an all out bluff
