Default OOP with set

I wasnt sure how to play this hand, i wonder if anyone can help.

2/4 NL stacks of those involved all close to $500

I limp UTG with 8c8s

3 calls, then CO raises to $15

I call, UTG+1 calls. he like to play a lot of hands.

Flop comes 8hTc2c

I lead out for $28, hoping to get raised by CO.

UTG calls, CO just calls.

turn Qd

I bet $65, both call again.

River is 3h

I check, UTG+1 bets $120, CO calls, I call.

I am especially bothered about the turn and river play. Is this a call on the river?

Thanks for any help.

I also bet out the river too, re-raise all in if I get the chance.
