I'd raise the flop against a typical player if 3 bet your beat and can lay it down right there. Yes this sounds weak, but if he's the player your suggesting then I feel this is correct. However, after you called the Flop, why wouldn't he bet the turn? Against some opponents I might call down all the way, inducing bluffs with AK. This is very opponent dependant.
