Default PS 3/6

Hi boys. I haven't been playing for 2 months now because of college and i feel that i'm playing horrible poker.
Some days ago i decided i was going to play 2 hours per day and i stink bigtime atm. Any advice how to get back to where i was before the break? Play, play and play?

Anyway, here is one hand from todays session.

Hand 1: Villian is really aggressive. Raising alot prelop, don't know if that includes 3betting tho.
50/27/1.6/109

PokerStars 3/6 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Hero raises, 1 fold, Button 3-bets, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (7.33 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.66 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets, Hero?

On the flop i thought that his range was something like A8s+,AT+,KJ+?,QJ(maybe?), almost any pair and maybe some BS. I was planing on calling down non scare cards. Then the jack comes of, do you guys think i'm ahead enough now, and what do you think of my range?
Putting people on hand ranges is really something i want to get better at, i guess that is handreading right?

You beat nothing he 3 bets. Consider check raising the flop to fold Kings. This turn, either raise to move him off a higher pocket pair or fold. With the Ace and the jack on the board I'd just fold.

Yeah, that sounds right.

FWIW, i don't think this type of player folds kings to a flop c/r, possibly a turn c/r?

Pots to big to fold kings.

Check/fold it.

All that raising sounds like a wonderful spew, especially at this level. I don't mind the peel so much but the turn is a pretty easy fold.

you can probably check/fold this flop, you're only ahead of KQ/66-22
