I must disagree with every response you have recieved here and all the responses in the other threads as well. The data they present is very flawed because it is emperical instead of theoretical which makes it just a little worse than useless.

Your goal in poker is to play your best when your opponants are at thier worst. Game selection is huge. Next important is the hours you choose to play routinly. To maximize your delta you should.

(1) Sleep 4pm to midnight.
(2) Play Midnight to 8am.
(3) Live your life 8am to 4Pm.

when pokerpulse.com was functional, generally the best times are from 500pm to 500am EST. i think pokerpulse is still viewable but the info is old.

I think on Stars that there are more players on around 8-10pm. More players equals more bad players which equals more money.
