2 Small Blind Hnads - Help

Hey - I suck at playing out of the Small Blind in 6 Max (at least I think I do -.07BB over 50K hands from SB) - two specific hands I always question my self on - I know calling is wrong but do not know what the right play is - so Poll time:

Assume 5/10 6 Max - raise is from CU with stats of 30/15 and that button has folded, BB is the same 30/15:
