This is incorrect. Newcastle is quality as well.

[/ QUOTE ]

[/ QUOTE ]

Stella is Belgium's peasant beer

Does it get you pleasantly buzzed?

Is it refreshing?

Good.

Now, back to the trip report.

What was the place and how'd you like it?

[/ QUOTE ]

Savage or Matty will have to provide the name. Two story place at 32/6.

[ QUOTE ]
Did you have the bulgogi?

[/ QUOTE ]

Couple orders of bulgogi, one kalbi, and a pancake w/ scallions. Everything was good, but the kalbi was best. Overall, really enjoyed the place.

Our rugby team used to have "The Inebriator," which could hold 11 beers. It was basically a huge beer bong made from a lot of plastic piping and a huge dump valve and four lines. It has made many a man drunk.

I'm not sure if its still in existence or not.

[/ QUOTE ]

What college did you go to? Because in my fraternity we had something that was exactly the same as what you describe and called the same thing. [censored] weird.

I went to Ball State University here in Muncie. I'll be going back in January for grad school.

I was drinking Stella, Matty was drinking Newcastle...

[/ QUOTE ]

So basically you went for quality and Matty went for quantity.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you were a stranger I would put you on ignore. Newcastle is an amazingly tasty beer. What are you talking about?

[/ QUOTE ]

And Stella is not that great.

I don't want to diss Stella. It's a good standby sometimes when you have limited choices; but I agree with this. It's a distant second to Heinekan, in that I always question "Why the [censored] do they drink that stuff?".

Stella 5.2 %alc/vol
Newcastle 4.7 %alc/vol

What this means, I don't know.

It means, he has 10% more alcohol per beer; But I had 3 more beers. This explains why NC is so smooth. FWIW a lot of %alc/vol is different by state, but these numbers seem to make sense.
