$11: AQo after a limper
Table has been fairly loose/passive, except for the button. What do you do here with AQo?
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (8 handed) converter UTG (t600) UTG+1 (t625) Hero (t1010) MP2 (t685) CO (t460) Button (t2438) SB (t1407) BB (t775) Preflop: Hero is MP1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 1 fold, UTG+1 calls t100, Hero ? Final Pot: t1260 |

Re: $11: AQo after a limper
Pretty easy push.
Edit: t250 dead money in the pot, you'd love to just take it down, you don't mind a caller either though because your hand is very strong. |

Re: $11: AQo after a limper
you're raising, and with your stack size relative to the blinds and what's in the pot already, might as well be "all you can eat, baby"

Re: $11: AQo after a limper
I'm pushing.
When the six hands yet to act each call about 5% of the time, you'll get a caller about a third of the time. Up the calling range to 10% and you get a caller nearly 50% of the time. You'll be getting action often enough anyway, no need to do any fancy slow playing stuff to lure more chips into the pot. |
