Did you want the calls or not on the flop and turn? If you didn't you're out of your mind.

I made 7K over a week, and then lost 12k over the weekend. Any help or suggestions?

How long have you been playing poker? A week?

no, 2 years. with very solid experience in both limit and no-limit. I'm just wondering what kind of deviations one can expect playing 30/60 and insight as to why someone will play a certain hand, knowing its costing them $

i expect to be called by KK, which I was and another player and the moron with 56 (bottom pair on flop and turn). I don't expect to get called by bottom pair, no, not all the way.

How did you win the 7K during the week? By everyone playing optimally against you? It's hard to believe that you are complaining about suckouts. The first thing everyone learns when they first start to win at poker is that suckouts are what make the game so profitable. Most of the time, the guy won't hit is 5 outer and he will just donate money to the rest of the table. Why don't you just look at your own play and realise why your river raise was bad and maybe find some other leaks, too, and then you will win more money. Stop whining.

fine KK. But how do you explain 56 calling all those bets until the river? with no draw at all and bottom pair only.

[/ QUOTE ]

He was getting 11:1 on the flop to call with a 5-outer (plus a runenr-runner flush draw, so lets call it a six outer). There was the possibility of another raise, which hurts him, but his flop call is not terrible.

Hi call on the turn is OK given the pot size.

While it is bad, especially preflop, I've seen hands played much worse than SB played his hand. I'm surprised no one has made a comment on the preflop LRR.

I have trouble with bad players too. I OWN (PWN?) good players, but if you're calling me down with 56o? I can't beat that. I just can't beat that.

If only they would respect my raises, I think I could probably beat 30/60.
