Eurobet cashier = retarded

I have not been able to transfer money from the sportsbook to poker or vice versa for a long time. I'm sick of eurobet's retarded software and am wondering if anyone can help me. After I fill in all the necessary info, I get a prompt that asks if I would really like to transfer $X from the sportsbook to poker. I hit 'ok' and then get this screen.


any ideas? I have the correct password because I logged into the idiotic poker software in the first place to get to the cashier. FWIW, their email support does not respond

didn't work. Also, I had a friend come and try to do the exact same transaction on this same computer and it worked for him.
