My personal stat: is it good?, what should be adjusted?

thx for the reply, I thought this forum was 0.5/1, but now I know better.

I have read the FAQ and compared the stats.

One thing I am concerned about is Win-rate from the faq.

What does this mean, unsustainable?
Is it bad?
