I got this same e-mail about 2 months ago when I reported the same thing to Party.

The guy disconnected, immediately reconnected, and said some incriminating things when I called him a cheater.

However, the FIRST response I got from Party was a "thank you for reporting, we will look into it" reply. So I said "I want to know specifically WHAT the policy is, and WHAT you do, if anything, to this player. Otherwise I wont waste my time." Then I got the answer you got, with the same result.
