correction (F(my own)P)...the house only has a 1.5% advantage over you off the top of the deck ....in other words rigth after a shuffle....but high and low cards run in clumps.

I strongly advise against playing BJ this time around...you should get a book on general strategy before wagering any money at the BJ tables...

yeah I might make just a min bet for a little fun. The only game I actually plan on putting any decent amount of money on is Poker. Thanks for the advice.

I agree with all that Mike has said re: blackjack. If you decide to venture into this area, check out "Best Blackjack" by Frank Scoblete, or any BJ book by Stanford Wong (Wong is to blackjack what Sklansky is to poker).
