Is this a player you want at your table?
He thought the all-ins:1 meant that he could go all-in once. This was a 1/2 game at Party. I hope he was only kidding, but I somehow doubt it.

Re: Is this a player you want at your table?
I once had a player at Party Poker ask me how much he could bet in a no limit game. This guy was definitely serious by the way he played.

This was also at Party : 3/6 Limit
I had As7s in th BB MP player had A8o Final board: 5c Qh [Ah Ks 5s] MP said he got screwed because we split the pot when he had the higher kicker. I told him to contact Party support. SF |

Re: Is this a player you want at your table?
There are always the curious souls who call your open AA in stud with KK...Gotta love them!
or your A high bluff on the river with a K high hand...when the ace is on the board! |

Re: Is this a player you want at your table?
Personally, if someone is breaking the rules but obviously not on purpose, AND he's a beginning player who's losing lots of money (I've seen people blow through stacks and buy-ins), then I'm ok with it.
Of course, part of the reason I play is to win money. But, if someone is intentionally going all-in knowing it's cheating, I'll complain even if it's a fish! - Tony |

Re: Is this a player you want at your table?
Took a player at my Omaha High table about 1 hour to realize that you had to play exactly 2 cards along with 3 from the board.

Man, I love those guys. "Why didn't my A-hi flush win? I had three diamonds, and two were on the board!"

Re: Is this a player you want at your table?
"of course I have a full house, who cares if there is a pair on board?"
and for stud players the player who insists he was full on sixth street and didn't catch it on the river, when he had no pair on board! |
