Those in Seattle...run, don\'t walk, to Tullalip...
Wow. I don't know how it usually is, but my table yesterday (200 max NL, 3-5 blinds) was out of this world. All-in with top pair, regardless of kicker, was a common occurence. Calling $25 w/ A7, also common. Don't even think of bluffing. I only wish I had had more than 2 hours there, the place is heaven.

Some of us do still actually like limit better than NL ... and Tulalip's limit games have been absolutely destroyed by all of the idiots sitting down at the NL tables instead. Sigh.

[/ QUOTE ] Limit will come back. N/L slowly faded before. It just may be awhile. Even idiots will eventually like to have their money last a little longer and will filter back to the limit tables. b |

[/ QUOTE ] Absolutely killing my 10/20 game; I'm going to have to step up to 20/40 a few weeks earlier than my bankroll would like just because of that damn NL game. I just hope they do it before they lose their taste for the game.

Re: Those in Seattle...run, don\'t walk, to Tullalip...
Why would anyone lose their taste for poker? Does anyone in seattle lose their taste for Pai Gow? Do the 18-year olds in the mini-casinos get tired of running to the ATM to get $40 for blackjack every 10 minutes?

I think I've more in mind the people who say "I wanna play like they do on the tee vee!" |

[/ QUOTE ] I agree.....Tulalip is only good on the weekends and holidays. There is usually only one 4/8, one 10/20 and MAYBE a dying 3/6 game weekday nights. The dealers suck and the pokerroom managers are pretty rude....I'd much rather play at Clearwater, Muckleshoot or Diamond Lils if I want a bigger poker room environment. |

Re: Those in Seattle...run, don\'t walk, to Tullalip...
Last couple of times I was there...I think it was a Wednesday and a Thursday...they had a shorthanded 10/20 game going....but maybe even thats rare. I don't really like going up there...I make the pilgrimage up to Marysville only 5 or 6 times a year....
