is there any way to send money direct from neteller to firepay or moneybookers without going through my bank account?

ok I waited so patiently for 5 minutes with no answer so I took it upon my self to cancel my checking account linked to neteller. Next I tryed to register moneybookers.com as my checking account. The problem here is moneybookers is in Germany and neteller wants a US bank with a 9 digit routing #. help please
