I don't think that's the solution here. Some countries, like Australia, have made it illegal to withdraw money to a credit card, even though you can deposit with them. If this is the problem the credit card withdrawal facility needs to be disabled by Eurobet before they'll allow your Neteller withdrawal. Until then, they won't let you withdraw with your credit card, and they won't let you use any other method either. Typical red tape i guess, but no fun when trying to get hold of your money. Are you outside the U.S.?

If you read what the mail says closely it states WINNINGS can not go back to your credit card. Winnings would be amounts over what you purchased.. not the purchase itself.

Yes, I see your point, and you may be right, but I know that it is sometimes illegal to withdraw to a credit card. I've never heard of them banning just winnings. It would probably be clearer if we knew the country concerned.
