PokerStove doesn't actually DO anything with regards to Party Poker, so I don't see why it wouldn't be okay. The same applies for every random program, poker-related or otherwise. (i.e. PartyPoker is okay with your using Microsoft Word while playing or using Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
