PT Won $ WSF Question
Could anyone tell me what my probable leak is?
2-4 & 3-6 full, approx.13,000 hands VIP 16.5, Went to SD% 31.8, Won $ at SD 54.8 I think these are pretty much in line, but my Won $ WSF is way too low at 27.5 - any ideas? |

Re: PT Won $ WSF Question
you may have a low preflop raise stat. anyting below 7 is too low.
also you are probably no firing out of the blinds enough (with marginal hands) when the hand is played kinda shorthanded. |

Perhaps you will find a better idea of leaks in your game by posting specific hand histories.

Re: PT Won $ WSF Question
I would definitely look at your PFR. Make sure you are pricing out drawing hands when you have big cards.

Re: PT Won $ WSF Question
Couple things - why worry about it. Are you losing? Look at the bottom line. Everybody has a different style. I play at a 2.45BB/100 rate in 2/4 3/6 but my numbers are not like other people in that range. There are so many little things.
Take VPIP - It's not the TOTAL VPIP that you should look at - it's WHEN you are playing - people never talk about that. I play a LOT more then most do on the button but a lot less UTG. With that said - your VPIP seems low but maybe it's working. Maybe your PFR is to HIGH! I've seen that a lot. People are raising people out of hands. Aggression is just like Cholesterol, there is good and there is bad. You could give us some more numbers to look at. Raising your PFR just to make it to a arbitrary number is bad . . .but it SHOULD be over 7%. Grinders sometimes entertaining Poker/Life Blog |
